Speaker: Siannie Jacobs

Siannie Jacobs, the visionary founder of SJ Restorative Consulting LLC, is an accomplished author, transformational coach, and advocate for social justice. With a Master’s in Public Administration from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Francis Marion University, Siannie’s expertise is grounded in academic achievement.

Furthermore, her work is deeply informed by her commitment to human dignity. As a devoted wife and mother of two, she brings a personal touch to her work, reflecting her passion for serving marginalized communities.

Currently based in Florence, South Carolina, Siannie is deeply involved in youth-serving organizations both locally and nationally. She serves as the interim Chairperson of 914United in Yonkers, NY, a pivotal role in guiding the organization’s mission. Additionally, she plays a key role in the Florence Mayor’s Youth Initiative as the overseer of the youth ambassadors,

harnessing their potential for community impact. Siannie’s commitment to social justice extends to her membership in the Charleston County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council, where her insights and expertise are highly valued.

Beyond her organizational commitments, Siannie is dedicated to fostering inclusive and nurturing learning environments through her consultancy. She empowers educators and community partners with evidence-based training and bespoke frameworks, grounded in restorative principles. An innovative spirit drives her commitment to reshaping institutions and uplifting communities, evident in her multifaceted approach to advocacy and empowerment.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Siannie finds joy in traveling and exploring diverse cultures, enriching her perspectives and insights.
